  • Clubs can run training, belt promotion, membership fees with family rebates, and the Qualité+ subsidy lists from the club dashboard.
  • The timetable has week, month, and year views. Coach pay periods can be monthly, quarterly, or twice a year.
  • The in-club shop tracks sizes, prices, stock, and QR stickers for the desk.
  • Federation license invoices use the letterhead layout: Name, License, License ID, Qty, Unit, and Subtotal.

Event calendar

  • Federation and club calendars share one Event engine. Members see public dates when the calendar module is on.
  • Public, Internal, and Private spell out who can see an event. Today is a filled date circle; the cyan cell border is the day you select.
  • Redeeming a product code adds modules. It does not turn off modules you already have.

Modular entitlements

  • Superusers unlock product modules with a signed product code on the ops Modules page. This is not a member LTF license.
  • A code entitles modules for this install. Per-club modules can then be turned on or off for named clubs. Locked modules are hidden and the API returns 403.
  • A Preview coming-soon screen proves hide and show. Calendar, shop, and tournaments are not in this release.

Ops console and club admins

  • Django superusers sign in on the frontend and open an ops console: who is signed in, health, failed logins, users, catalog queries, side-by-side translations, and jobs.
  • Club Admins can add other admins for their own clubs on a rubber-band board. A member can only administer the club they belong to.
  • Superusers can move between the ops console and their federation dashboard with header buttons. Sign out ends the API session.

Club fees, member tabs, and finance UX

  • LTF Finance can define club fees and invoice active clubs, once or on a schedule. Club fees are not licenses.
  • Clubs can be Active or Inactive, and can set English or Luxembourgish for emails.
  • Club and LTF member pages use tabs for overview, current license, history, grades, and club movements.
  • Action messages slide in from the side. The audit log has a detail page. Everyday buttons are quiet gray; Sign in and Pay now stay brand cyan.

Club movement monitoring and order member names

  • Completed club changes stay with the member. LTF Admins can review frequent movers and clubs with high incoming or outgoing traffic.
  • Members who reach the configured number of club changes are flagged as potential club tourists only. They are not restricted.
  • Order and invoice line items show the member name from the license, including after a club transfer.

Import helper dates, issue dates, and card photos

  • Member import uses SimplyCompete Membership End Date as a helper column. It is not stored. You can skip members or import them as Active or Inactive by year.
  • Newly activated licenses now get an issue date, including licenses issued by an LTF admin.
  • If a member has no profile photo, the club logo is used as a faded fallback on the card. Empty photo slots no longer show a dashed box.

Member transfers and first-login username

  • Club Admins can transfer a member to another club. The other club accepts, with optional fee and club-to-club messages. Active or pending licenses move with the member.
  • The receiving Club Admin gets an in-app notice on login. Review transfers scrolls to Requests and messages.
  • The set-password link from the welcome email prefills the username so a password manager can save it with the new password.

Club admins, club email, and cleaner lists

  • LTF Admin assigns club admins on a search-first board: pick a club or a member, then connect them. The Admins tab on the club page is gone.
  • Each club can have an email. Invoice mail goes there, or to the club admins if none is set.
  • New club admins receive a welcome email with username and a set-password link (Resend in production, Mailpit locally).
  • LTF Members, Licenses, and LTF Finance orders, invoices, and payments use the same flattened list chrome as Club Members.
  • License card templates can be exported and imported. Print PDFs no longer draw bleed or slot guides.
  • After Stripe payment, the success page activates licenses before Go to dashboard. LTF Finance records payments on a full page and other income in an Income register.

Finance books, import prefix, and shorter LTF IDs

  • The club members look was applied across LTF admin and LTF finance lists, forms, and expandable tables.
  • Pending licenses are shown as current licenses, with history, member badges, and clearer order-license copy.
  • License types can show an availability countdown. Types that are not sold for a year (for example Annual Standard in 2026) are marked unavailable instead of looking orderable.
  • LTF Finance can record expenses and open year-end books (income statement and balance sheet), with Excel export for annual meetings.
  • LTF Admin can rewrite LUX- to LTF- on the LTF license ID during member import, and bulk-update existing LTF IDs. WT IDs stay unchanged. Club admins are told whether the rewrite is on.
  • New LTF license IDs use 4 digits (for example LTF-0001) and grow automatically when the number needs more digits.

UI refresh and license-card designer

  • Visual refresh: sidebar app shell (tab strips removed), KPI overview cards, restyled login and home, and signed-in role navigation.
  • Club Members: status pills with live counts, official Kup/Poom/Dan grades (a promotion can be deleted), webcam photo capture, and row click to open the member.
  • Club Licenses, Orders, and Invoices use the same toolbar, status pills, page-size options, and pagination as Club Members.
  • Luxembourg IBAN bank lookup uses the official 3-digit bank code, so older Spuerkeess accounts starting with 9 are no longer labelled POST.
  • Club and LTF Settings share a logo manager: drop well, purpose (General, Invoice, Print, Digital), grouped previews, and delete confirm.
  • Full-height designer workspace with Preview & print, Back to designer, and seeded print fonts. Spaces type normally in Text controls. Millimetre print precision is unchanged.
  • LTF and Finance hide the club dropdown on federation-wide pages. Remaining lists filter by club, with All clubs as the default.
  • Import confirm uses a yellow notice instead of an alert. The wizard back button says Previous.
